Hello! I am Helen; owner of Creative Essence<\/a>. I have worked in the creative industry for over 24 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I set up Creative Essence 11 years ago, and it has gone from strength to strength with over 80 clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does your Creative Essence specialise in? Do you serve any particular market?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I brand a business from beginning to end \u2013 from logo, to website, traditional print work and packaging to email marketing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a deep understanding of the importance of logo and brand identity, and make sure everything follows through on each platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a lot of clients in the hospitality\/holiday accommodation sector, so we are getting a lot of recommendations from existing clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the secret of your success?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My approach is all about offering a friendly, warm, personal service, while providing attention to detail and realistic bespoke packages tailored to each client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you love about what you do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From being a small child I have always loved being creative. So getting up everyday and being creative in my profession is a dream for me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love meeting new people, so getting to know them and their businesses is a real pleasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A number of my clients I have worked with for a long number of years, so we have established working friendships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I get to work with a broad range of businesses; from hotels, asset managers, finance, interior designers, flooring specialists to engineering companies, so I never know what each day is going to bring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are some of the difficulties that you face, and how are you overcoming them?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I think after 11 years, it is a challenge to keep things fresh. I have just started branching out into the wedding industry, designing and hand finishing wedding stationery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a new audience to me and one I am looking forward to establishing myself in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have been with 20i for quite some time now. What made you stick with us?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The support is a major factor for me in choosing a hosting company. How quick the responses are and I cannot fault 20i, I get replies to urgent issues within minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does the future hold for Creative Essence?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Hopefully I can grow the business even further and continue to enjoy everything I do on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What advice\/wisdom would you like to share with the world?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you can follow your dreams: take the plunge. When I left my guaranteed paid job to work for myself it was daunting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I knew I had just had to take the risk and give it a go, even if it hadn’t worked out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
