We\u2019ve added a new feature in HostShop that gives you more control over cancellation communications with your customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can now configure upcoming cancellation reminder emails for StackCP users, helping notify customers when a service is set to be cancelled on renewal. This gives users more visibility before a cancellation takes place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new settings allow you to choose when reminder emails are sent, making it easier to tailor notifications to your workflow and customer experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
