We are looking for an experienced copywriter to join our rapidly-growing business. You will be responsible for creating engaging, persuasive, and high-quality written content across our brand.

This is a Hybrid role with both office and remote working from our recently-refurbished offices in the 70-acre woodland park, Ransom Wood in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling copy for a wide range of assets, including our website, customer control panel, emails, newsletters, blog and social media
- Identify our target users’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Continuously improve customer acquisition, onboarding/retention and lifetime value by evolving our messaging accordingly
- Write launch announcements, tutorials and guides for our new features/products
- Write copy for PPC and display ads that attracts clicks and conversions
- Manage our blog, delivering useful, interesting, entertaining and sharable content that draws traffic and links
- Edit and polish existing content to reflect business changes, new preferences or to optimise SEO / improve readability
- Maintain a copy style guide to ensure consistency and tone across all channels
- Develop and promote highly engaging content on social media
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a copywriter
- Superb verbal and written English skills
- Ability to manage your own time and work, demonstrating confidence with a high volume and variable workload
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write compelling and effective copy for digital products and services
- Confident writing content for end to end journeys incl. presales copy, chat-bots, emails, social posts, guides etc.
- Knowledge of UX principles and how they apply to copywriting
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and accessibility standards
- Experience managing social media or a heavy personal user
- Experience writing for SaaS /tech would be a huge plus
