20i Careers: Technical Copywriter

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced technical copywriter to join our rapidly-growing business.  You will be responsible for creating engaging, persuasive, and high-quality written content across our brand.

This is a Hybrid role with both office and remote working from our recently-refurbished offices in the 70-acre woodland park, Ransom Wood in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write compelling copy for a wide range of assets, including our website, customer control panel, emails, newsletters, blog and social media
• Write launch announcements, tutorials and guides for our new features/products
• Manage our blog, delivering useful, interesting, entertaining and sharable content that draws traffic and links
• Edit and polish existing content to reflect business changes, new preferences or to improve readability
• Maintain a copy style guide to ensure consistency and tone across all channels

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a copywriter
• Superb verbal and written English skills
• Experience writing for SaaS /tech
• Ability to manage your own time and work, demonstrating confidence with a high volume and variable workload
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write compelling and effective copy for digital products and services
• Confident writing content for end to end journeys and both micro and long-form formats incl. presales copy, chat-bots, emails, social posts, guides etc.
• Familiarity with SEO copywriting best practices and accessibility standards
