About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO pro to join the marketing team in our rapidly-growing business.

We are a fast-moving business, so if you're excited by the opportunity to fully manage an SEO strategy and see tangible results quickly, this is the perfect role for you.

You will have a proven track record of being hands-on and implementing successful SEO campaigns, which have led to a positive impact on website rankings, traffic and ROI.

The role is a mix of remote and office. Our offices are based from our recently-refurbished offices in the 70-acre woodland park, Ransom Wood in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate projects that build links at scale and via high authority/relevant sites
• Identify and brief new content opportunities
• Deliver best in class technical SEO e.g. TTFB, PageSpeed, core web vitals, broken links, image compression, redirects etc.
• Ensure all our existing and future website content is fully optimised e.g. keywords, internal linking, schema etc.
• Accurate reporting of performance with insights and hypothesis around what our data is telling us about further opportunities
• Work with our designers and developers to successfully execute your ideas
• Upskill colleagues and internal stakeholders on SEO and how it relates to their roles

The following experience is required for this role:

• Proven experience managing SEO projects
• Familiarity with relevant tools e.g. ahrefs, Search Console, Google Analytics, Data Studio…
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Ability to multitask and work on your own initiative
• Understanding of the Google algo updates and how they impact the SERPs
• Experience with international SEO would be great, but not essential
