20i Careers: Technical Sales Executive (Temporarily Remote)


About the Role

20i are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing tech company. The role is based from our recently refurbished offices in the 70-acre woodland park, Ransom Wood in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire (Temporarily Remote).

What you will be doing:

  • Answering incoming sales chats, emails and calls to help prospective customers identify the best product for their needs.
  • Collecting data and verifying targeted customers for future marketing opportunities.
  • Making highly targeted outbound calls to web designers and agencies, introducing the 20i business and cloud hosting platforms.

  • A confident, highly motivated individual to join our team.
  • A strong track record in sales, we know our product sells, we need people who are prepared to take it one step further.
  • An interest in computers and Internet technology.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast of business opportunities.
  • Unconditional commitment to customer service.
  • Extremely effective written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Terrific enthusiasm to get the job done.

Skills that would be a great bonus on your application:

  • Previous outbound calling experience
  • Past IT sales or web hosting experience.
  • Experience of publishing and managing a website.
