About the Role
20i are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing tech company. The role is based from our recently refurbished offices in the 70-acre woodland park, Ransom Wood in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire (Temporarily Remote).
What you will be doing:
- Answering incoming sales chats, emails and calls to help prospective customers identify the best product for their needs.
- Collecting data and verifying targeted customers for future marketing opportunities.
- Making highly targeted outbound calls to web designers and agencies, introducing the 20i business and cloud hosting platforms.

- A confident, highly motivated individual to join our team.
- A strong track record in sales, we know our product sells, we need people who are prepared to take it one step further.
- An interest in computers and Internet technology.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast of business opportunities.
- Unconditional commitment to customer service.
- Extremely effective written, oral, and presentation communication skills
- Terrific enthusiasm to get the job done.
Skills that would be a great bonus on your application:
- Previous outbound calling experience
- Past IT sales or web hosting experience.
- Experience of publishing and managing a website.
