We’ve added more flexibility to Timeline Backups Pro, making it easier to control exactly what level of backup access your customers receive.
With this update, you can now choose between three different levels of access on a per-package basis:
- No backup access
- Standard Timeline Backups access
- Full Timeline Backups Pro access
This gives you more control over how you structure your hosting plans and value-added services.
You may want to include standard backups as part of your core hosting packages, while offering Timeline Backups Pro as a premium upsell for customers who need advanced features such as email backups.
This can be configured directly within your Hosting Package Types. Simply create a new package type or edit an existing one, then head to the Web Files section where you’ll now see separate checkboxes for Timeline Backups and Timeline Backups Pro.
