Brand New UK Data Centre
With over a million websites hosted on our platform, and many more launched every day, we’re constantly investing in, upgrading, and improving our infrastructure to ensure that your websites are always fast, secure, and online.
We partnered with Kao Data to significantly enhance our UK infrastructure, moving into their cutting-edge, sustainable data centre. This massive upgrade includes:
- An extra 3,800 CPU cores and 10,240GB of memory
- A huge 400Gbps of extra network capacity
- Sub 1ms latency to key internet hubs.

HostShop 3
We announced the release of HostShop 3! HostShop makes it easy to start your own web hosting business with automatic provisioning and simple customer management. Plus, there are no licence fees or limits – and it’s always free!
Packed with new features and improved functionality, this update is designed to elevate your experience like never more. What’s new:
- Drag-and-drop Checkout Configurator

- StackCP User Management Overhaul
- Define your own URL slugs for categories and much more!
New Cloud Server Data Centres
We launched all new Data Centres in LA, Miami and Washington D.C!
These new facilities mark a significant milestone in our continued commitment to delivering top-tier hosting services for our customers across the world.

For a third-year running, we’ve been named ‘Best Web Host’ in the prestigious PC Pro Awards!
Our scores are truly fantastic, with a huge 99% for customer support (the best support score across ALL of the PC Pro Awards’ categories), 98% for reliability (also the highest score for any product, across all categories) and 99% saying they would recommend us!

SHA Founding Member
This year we became a founding member of the Secure Hosting Alliance, a new initiative spearheaded by the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (i2Coalition).
This alliance aligns perfectly with our values and represents a significant step toward shaping the future of secure and ethical hosting.
We were also awarded the Secure Hosting Alliance (SHA) Trust Seal, recognising our commitment to the highest standards of security, reliability and customer protection.
This certification places us among a select group of hosting providers with proven protocols for security, resilience and compliance.
AI Powered Domain Search
Our new AI domain generator makes finding the perfect name effortless. Just type a short description and you’ll get unique, available domain suggestions in seconds, all ready to register and make your own.
20i FOSS Awards
The 20i FOSS Awards were back for 2025, recognising and celebrating all the developers who give their time, talent and energy to support the amazing free software so many of us use every day.
These unsung heroes often work without funding, relying on community support and personal commitment to keep these vital tools available, secure, and evolving.

Exclusive Surveys
This year, we conducted two major surveys!
The first focused on IT professionals, uncovering what they truly think about green technology and whether the industry is ready to embrace it.
We also investigated the impact of AI on the web industry, surveying 500+ web designers, developers, marketers and copywriters to get their views on artificial intelligence and its impact on the industry.
Joomla! 6
Joomla 6 became available as a one-click install app!
This major version release brings enhanced performance, new features and improved security.
When you use Joomla One-Click, Joomla 6 is now the default option. Joomla 5.4.0 is also available, with the latest bug fixes and serving as a bridge release for upgrading existing Joomla 5 installations to Joomla 6.0.
PHP 8.4.11, 8.3.24 & 8.5
From Reseller Hosting and Managed WordPress Hosting to Web Hosting and Managed Cloud Servers, PHP 8.5 is now fully deployed across the 20i platform.
We’ve fast-tracked every PHP update ensuring you can take advantage of PHP’s performance improvements, cleaner syntax and developer‑friendly features.
Sell Managed Cloud Servers via WHMCS
This year, we developed a bespoke provisioning and addon module for WHMCS that allows 20i Resellers to sell Cloud Servers directly through WHMCS.
This includes support for 20iCloud, AWS, GCP, and your own branded Cloud Servers.

WordPress Search and Replace Tool
With My20i’s WordPress Search and Replace tool, you can update text or URLs across your whole database in seconds without touching the WordPress admin area or installing a single plugin.
Ideal for post-migration URL updates, fixing repetitive text, and replacing outdated information.
Fresh Designs
We’ve rolled out some fresh new designs to give your StackCP control panel a glow-up. Now you can switch up the look and feel to create a smooth, cohesive experience for your customers.
Check out the new “Elevate” StackCP theme for a clean, modern look, plus a sleek new UI gives our caching tool a look that’s as smooth as its performance.
UX Updates
We’ve worked hard to make it even easier to manage your services, including Timeline Backups, Improved WordPress Client Reports and DNS management.
Renewals
You can now add filters and sort by ‘Payment Method’ and for ‘Renewal Period’.
New WordPress Manager Updates
- Website Turbo status is now visible as a column in WordPress Manager.
- Disable specific WordPress sites from showing within WordPress Manager (Manage Hosting > Options > Edit > Edit Package).
- Staging site status now shows in a new column.
Reports
Within Reports in My20i, you can break down usage by Package Type for clearer insights. (Reports > Package Type Split).
DNS Management
Within DNS Management in My20i, we’ve updated the UX to make adding SRV, MX, and CAA records easier.
